Shelf Life of eggs has been heavily debated so you should follow whatever you are most comfortable with. This is our recommendation for the best eggs. 

Washed and Refrigerated: 3-5 Months

Unwashed and Refrigerated: 4-6 Months

Unwashed and Not Refrigerated: 3-5 Weeks

To wash eggs you should run them under warm water and gently scrub. This washed away the bloom. Every egg come out of a hen with a protective membrane called the bloom. It is important to use water warmer than the eggs temp but it doesnt have to be hot. When you wash away the bloom it opens up the pores on the shell and expels any bacteria. Do NOT use soap. If you are uncomfortable using just water then there are some food grade safe egg sanitizers options available online or at your local feed store.
